DESCRIPTION:AL-OPGM Muscat SAOC (BOS) is operating as a Super Local Communicate, Contractor company with registered corporate office in Muscat, Oman.

AL-OPGM Muscat has projects – completed and ongoing – across our two divisions, Hoist Operations and Off-Plot Delivery Contract (ODC) services. Starting with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the foremost oil and gas exploration and Real Estate; Housing & Residential Property, Hotel Resorts, Tourism and production company in Oman, as our principal client; we have since grown our customer base to include other Operators.

Commencing operations with just two hoists, this SLCC has grown exponentially over the past decade. Currently, BOS operates multiple hoist workover rigs in South Oman extending from Muscat, Baja to Nimr area. BOS has achieved more than 110% operational efficiency with a staff strength of 210 in our Hoist division. It has completed more than 200 wells. In addition, BOS provides technical support to several international companies across Oman.

Al OPGM Muscat Services also run the flowline construction business in South Oman, predominantly in Muscat, Bahja, Kuwait & UAE consisting of engineering, construction and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil location matters related to well pad location and flowline construction. BOS has completed more than 600 km of flowline welding, more than 200 well hookups, demolition of around 220 km of bare CS pipelines and commissioned more than 120 wells with a manpower strength of over 300 including sub-contractors. BOS is currently managing several EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and expanding the area of flowline operations in the southern part of Oman.

BOS is competing in a dynamic marketplace, and we know that the growth will depend operationally and geographically on increasingly diverse requirements well across and beyond the Oil and Gas Industry. We are studying options to add transportation and logistics to our portfolio, among other areas, that are in sync with our core competencies. Longer term, the company sees potential to build a presence around the Gulf region and beyond which is why we need to mark a footprint in the international market.
